Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, the
Heartland eLearning Conference will bring
together experts and novices in an environment

The Heartland eLearning Conference focuses on
the tools, technologies, strategies and
techniques for the development and management of
eLearning. As a midsize conference, the
Heartland eLearning Conference is large enough
